Role: Senior Manager - Supply Chain & Logistics

A leading diagnostics company in Cape Town is looking to employ a Senior Manager to take responsibility for Supply Chain & Logistics.

The individual is responsible for leading Material Management, Transportation and Logistics Services. Manages and implements the operations strategies, business objectives, and policies for Transportation and Logistics Services in alignment with group’s Global Supply Chain Operations, and other key stakeholder strategies and requirements. In addition, serves as the site lead for Supply Chain Control, Trade Compliance, and End-to-End Logistics.

Requirements:

• B Sc with 10+ years of related business experience in Supply Chain and logistics services in

the biotech/pharmaceutical industry or life science, preferably in Supply Chain

• Minimum 6-8 years of management experience required with demonstrated ability to manage

staff to complete key initiatives

• Strong financial and project management skills
• Experience working in an IVD-regulated environment, including knowledge of relevant regulatory and quality requirements, standards, practices, and statues
